The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is ..., Schwartz, Barry

Great and insightful book

Making decisions and dealing with regret are perhaps the greatest challenges of my personality. It's my second time reading this book, the first time it was very helpful, it makes me rethink a lot my life and how I overcomplicate things sometimes. As I read I try to exercise not letting "The paradox of choice" harm me. I'm hoping to keep the book and read again possibly in 5 years or so, as a way to remind myself to stay on track.
