Good item
Shiny new items, protective packed has a protector film on them and they are good quality!

Product isnt working any more after 4 months
1 of 5 found this helpful I was using Logitech G933 headset from time to time to play FPS games otherwise I use my speakers. After sometime I had to reset the headphones as they would remain asleep regardless if I were to turn them on or off they would remain asleep at the Logitech software. The issue only became greater with time soon I had to reinstall the software every time I would turn the headphones off as it would not work. Now regardless of reinstallation of Logitech drivers software and both resets at the dongle and headphones and removing the battery drivers panel will always say that headphones are asleep and headphones would blink green and do 3 beeps each time I turn them on. Tried all different USB slots as well and tried my 2nd computer just to eliminate any possible interference.
I am really disappointed with the product especially that it costs so much, I only wanted it because I have keyboard and mouse from the same "G" series and they never gave me trouble.
