  The Feedback is totally incorrect. The item was sent using a tracked service which shows it was despatched immediately on December 1 & not as Buyer suggests. Delivery by Royal Mail was very late but now confirmed. Ebay refused to withdraw the rating & comment despite proof that it was incorrect & totally beyond our control. This comment was left before we could respond. Buyer promised to amend the rating but has so far failed to do so.
