    I ordered from the UK to US, somehow eBay's carriers lost my package en route or within a distribution center. This seller was very responsive to help me and secured a refund for me. I tried to escalate after I didn't see a refund update (not great at using that part of eBay!), and the seller immediately stepped in to figure out why eBay hadn't done their job and potentially hurt them as a seller. It got sorted immediately - I may not have got my item, but it was still great service!
