Great guide!
Its a book that offers great insight into the ways of a green witch (Abit teeny). Prefer green pagan/wiccan as that's what we are. Earth based. Without earth we'd be dead, it's all about respecting the elements and cherishing the simple things. Grow your own, plant tress, use your own herbs etc. Spiritual healing, great tips to beat depression and anxiety as well. This book is for men as well as women. Mentioned by the author in the introduction. Its great for grounding and getting back in touch with the earth where all living things here exists. Its a short book, took me about 4 hours to read. Highly recommended.

Don't bother
1 of 1 found this helpful The quality is lacking, these earplugs fail to drown out sound, although they do dim it but only slightly. Can't really tell the difference from having them out or in.
The material used is that of very soft low quality cheap rubber extremely thin. You can get better quality earplugs but for half the price avoid these please. In this case paying the extra gave me 💩

Excellent item! But a pain to put up!
This enclosure is brilliant, it's roomy, nice and open. This is more than suitable for any small critter. Hamster, rat, mice and etc. Could possibly get about 3-4 gerbils in there.
Downside is its a bit of a pain to put up at times, especially if your like me and doing it manually with out power tools. It tuck me about 1 and a half, however I spent sometime looking in the toolbox for a correct size screwdriver lol. You need a very small Phillips screwdriver as well as a normal size one to do this job. To be fair it's not too difficult to put up, I done this by myself. I never do anything oast putting beds or Waldrobes up and so on, this was new territory for me but I enjoyed it! Definitely recommended! Your pet will love this! Enjoy!
