Top pan
I've bought a few Savisto products and they are all good quality, this is no exception. It was not the cheapest and far from being the most expensive. We've an induction job and have bought pans previously recommended for induction hobs that don't really heat up well because of the steel content, this heats up perfectly. Also I've got to say, I've not seen that type of handle before, where you can take off and on with a spring clip, that's a fantastic idea. If you're looking for a griddle pan, look no further.
