Researched for a long time.
Yup, read through reviews and Honda forums. It's Honda fluid made for Hondas. I didn't change mine. 2004 Accord Ex-L 2.4l. Single-owner, 78k miles. Should have already changed fluid based on age (mileage change is 120,000). I just poured half bottle in, started driving, and in the next few days, started seeing, feeling and hearing improvement in the transmission. Shifts super smooth. Really does. I will change it soon, but I drive my car in below normal conditions; and it's a Honda---I don't have kids, but will last until they start driving.

Great noise-cancelling ability.
It really does have great noise-cancelling ability. I use these in an Amazon fullfilment center where conveyors are quite loud, exceeding OSHA threshold of 90dBs . The noise-cancelling works quite well. Also light enough to use in the gym; although, I have not gone running with these so I don't know on that. The Sony Headphones Connect app is pretty good, too.
