Disappointed !
3 of 4 found this helpful I had a VAX MACH AIR for 7 years was lightweight powerful brilliant clean, easy to manoeuvre that's why I bought this one, but this although the same weight 4.9 kg feels much more cumbersome and heavy? Is not easy to manoeuvre because the stick handle moves around the space it is inserted into, feels sloppy, so it makes it hard to push/pull and manoeuvre the vax around! Also I know this is refurbished but has a lot of scratches on the casing, has been well used! Mine was in better condition but could get the brush head with the bearings so had to scrap it! When I attempted to put the brush tool on it just fell off again!
Pros: very strong suction and a good clean as good in fact, but would not buy another refurbished as you don't know what you're getting. Disappointed want to send it back and buy new.
