Turntable great after problems corrected
4 of 4 found this helpful Initially, the sound quality and tempo were terrible.
I replaced the drive belt to correct the tempo.
Turntable did not come with a manual or any instructions.
I got a manual, about 10 pages, from the internet and found that I needed to
switch an EQ switch to the off position, since my amplifier has Phono Input Jacks.
Would have appreciated a heads-up on this one.
Also, had a problem of back of stylus dragging on the record.
Added about 2 ounces to rear of tone arm, which corrected the problem.
Now, it sounds like a Sony.
