    The small mug was as described and in good condition. Packing was bomb-proof - didnt know anyone still used polystyrene nuggets though. Postage at £5.99 was excessive being 60% as much as the cost of the £9.99 mug. Not sure its ok to include petrol costs to the post office and Royal Mail do a much cheaper tracked service for a small parcel than the £5.25 you paid. They also now do a parcel collection service which would save you the drive. But thank you. My friend will love the mug!

    Copy & pasted my message to you after posting - ‘Hi there, the mug is on its way it’s been very well packed. The postage was £5.35 I did attempt to refund you the 65p. Unfortunately eBay do not allow refunds below £1.’ It was agreed before I posted to send it by the cheapest signed tracked service I did.! You’re lying about charging you for petrol. And the nuggets were recycled packaging I’d saved so the buyer doesn’t have to pay for the packaging as well
