It made a big difference to me.
I don't do very many book reviews but Principles by Dalio is an exceptional book. I'm not even finished but with what I have read, I plan to make this mandatory reading for all our key people. I can expect no better legacy when I retire then having even some of these principles embedded in our company's culture.
