  I purchased a Lego pirate ship and was very disappointed. Item was upside-down in the box, not bagged, with loose pieces scattered inside. The heaviest part of the ship was on top of long skinny pieces that are now badly bent. Box was filled with an absurd amount of bubble wrap with pieces mixed in, making it difficult to sort. Box was shipped with one piece of tape on the top and was open by the time it arrived causing unknown missing pieces. Was charged $61 for shipping. Won't buy from again.
