Gave me the worst stomach ache I've ever experienced in my life. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
1 of 1 found this helpful I was recommended these by a friend as I was suffering with constipation. I followed instructions and made a cup of tea before going to bed but woke up at 5am in agony, couldn't breathe properly and passed out from the pain giving myself a black eye when I hit the bathroom floor. I usually use Lactulose but thought I'd give these a try for a change. They did work but the stomach pains were so severe and it took me an hour to leave the toilet. Never again!!
