The only baby book you'll ever need!
This book was my bible! I read it whilst I was pregnant and followed the plan from day one when my son was born. The advice is invaluable. My baby slept through the night from 7pm-6.45am at 8 weeks and 3 days old! I had many NCT mothers who turned their noses up and frowned upon putting a newborn into a routine. But it works!! It's not as regimented as Gina Ford, and with Alison's plan your baby doesn't need to be woken for a dream feed. If you want your baby to sleep through from 8 weeks then buy this book! It's also full of tips and advice. When I had a query I emailed the author and she got back to me within 24 hours. I can't thank her enough for writing this book. You can't put a price on sleep.
