Excellent resource
It can be really difficult for both teachers and students to find something different for a male monologue. This is a varied and interesting collection, that offers some originality in a well worn repertoire. Many of my students have found good pieces for auditions and have enjoyed working with the often challenging material. There is a good range of ages represented too. An interesting introduction gives insight into the specific demands of radio scripts but there is no reason why these speeches can’t be used as more traditional theatrical presentations. This is my second copy as inevitably my first disappeared after I lent it out!

Lovely light and nourishing
I like a really rich moisturiser but not one that leaves the skin feeling sticky and heavy. I liked the feel of this immediately. It feels luxurious but light and is absorbed really well, leaving my skin feeling comfortable and primed.

An effective alternative to chemical pain medication
As a chronic headache sufferer I'm constantly looking for anything that will give me some relief as normal painkillers no longer work for me. These electrodes used with the cefaly device often do help. I suffer from both migraine and tension type headaches and often both together. I find these electrodes with the cefaly device are more effective for the migraine type but can be useful for managing tension if used regularly. The great thing about them is that it is non-invasive, with no side effects and chemical free. It takes a little while to get used to the tingling sensation and sometimes it can take several cycles to completely lift the headache but it's well worth persevering.
