  The item was a very good price but was delivered 5 days and two additional delivery dates after what was stated in the advertisement. I am having problems connecting the robot vacuum to the accompanying app and when I approached the seller for advice or help he simply responded that neither of the other two of the same item he sold was faulty so apparently my situation was 'interesting'. I have no idea how this guy managed to get such a high rating when the service he provides is appalling.

  Fake replica with misleading False information given, rude sarcastic comments received, EBay stepped in to return refund two weeks after this seller received the returned item back. I’m glad to be away from this seller I pray you work on your Communication or I wouldn’t of been here doing this. You are my first bad feedback ever in 9years!
