Great Features for the Whole Family!
The game is a well-detailed piece of material. The functionality is pretty smooth. Also, the game resembles typical "kart" games, such as Mario Kart. I would also suggest that this is a family-friendly game. If anyone likes to compete with others, this would be a game to do so with. I highly recommend trying this title.

A rare game to find for Gameboy Color.
Mortal Kombat 3 is my favourite Mortal Kombat game in the series. I've played a lot of them before, but not all of them, out of the ones I've played, Mortal Kombat 3 is still my favourite. Now, the first Mortal Kombat game I ever played was Mortal Kombat 3 for the Super Nintendo. That version has a lot more depth and much more to offer. And for it's time, the game had cool 3D-like graphics.
For the Gameboy Color, this game is still good, but I can't give this version a 5-star rating, simply because it's not up to par with it's Super Nintendo counterpart. It's still a good game, but it's a lot more limited, unfortunately. The controls aren't as easy to adapt with compared to the Super Nintendo version. And if you have an old, worn out Gameboy Color that still functions decently, you might have just a little issue trying to appreciate this game a little more. That's my current problem, my buttons aren't quite what they used to be, but what do you expect? The Gameboy Color is nearly 20 years old now, so it's bound to have it's share of issues, minor or severe.
You get a basic character line-up, shouldn't have to explain much about that, you know? Usually the same characters from the earlier games, just a couple new ones or so. Nothing exciting. The final boss, Shao Kahn is constantly in your face, so far, I've found him impossible to beat on Gameboy Color, too fast, too powerful and just too persistent.
If you really enjoy Mortal Kombat 3 or any Mortal Kombat game in general, especially of the older generation, you might as well at least try this game and judge it for yourself, everyone will have a different viewpoint on this particular version.

A Little Decent
I've purchased lots of these from before. And at best, the quality is half-decent. They can last you about six months (at the most) before suffering in physical capabilities. The performance of the product starts to heavily decline. Now, within about three months, I would suggest that the product should be "problem-free". But don't look at this for a "long-term" replacement, otherwise, you may be quite saddened. Best to look for something better, just in general. Something else that's worth noting, I have small hands, so I feel that this product is rather "comfortable". It's not meant for people with large hands.
