Happy little sparky
Ultimately I've saved myself some money by replacing the screw which fell out of the spanner. I use these adjustable spanners every working day and have had them years if not decades and it seemed ashame to bin them if I could buy the missing screw. So I'm well pleased to find and buy these replacement parts.

So far, so good. Value for money.
I was initially looking at getting park tool P/T handles to use in the workshop on the bikes but was put off by the price. Started looking into other options and found these Mannesmann ones. In all the years i've been tinkering and working i'd never owned anything made by Mannesman. I took the plunge and bought them. So far they've proved to be a good purchase. They seem to be well made, time will tell but so far, so good. The only gripe i do have is that the torx T Handles could do with being a different colour to the Hex key T Handles for quick access but that's nothing that a bit of heat shrink or sparky's tape can't put right.
