Paid for on 15th Sent out on the 21st waited a week and contacted seller waited a couple more days before opening a case item finally arrived on the 31st with a surcharge of £3.50 to pay as they did not pay enough postage and when I complained about it not arriving and opened a case he said I should be more professional as the buyer? Not a helpful seller and it would seem my fault and the post offices fault not the fact he posted it late and underpaid and it got held up .
