Excellent product
I am starting a business making garden and pet related products such as chicken coops, rabit hutches, bird tables etc. So this blade is getting plenty of use and I am totally satisfied with its performance.

Excellent book
Very informative, easy to read with tables and plenty of clear step by step pictures of the cheese making process. This book is essential reading for anyone who is serious about making their own cheese. I also bought 'Artisan Cheese Making at Home' by Mary Karlin. Having both books is a great start to cheese making.
