Stay away from this seller he obviously did not pay enough postage and we were charged an extra £3 and had to wait another nine days to get delivery of the item which of course made the item not a good financial deal at all we spoke to the seller didn’t want to know he said it’s not his fault if it got lost in the post so ultimately we waited an extra week in a bit I’ve paid an extra £3 and we could’ve got the same product

I apologised too the seller,offered a £3.00 refund but buyer wouldn’t provide his bank details.I have all the messages still as evidence.I also contacted the Royal Mail postage service on their behalf and was given a contact name,ref number and phone number for them,not me too contact.Royal Mail stated sometimes scanning machines can misread the label code and overcharge,but buyer and not the seller can complain and request a refund from them.The buyer also requested after receiving the product.
