Adequate for occasional use, but not, I feel, a professional tool
The ruler arrived slightly bowed along its length. I was able to mostly straighten it, but I found it a bit fiddly to use. You have to make more than one pass to cut the mount and it is hard to hold the ruler exactly in place for each successive score line especially for larger mounts (I use A3). The groove the plastic cutting head runs in is not deep and it is easy to bounce out as you make the cut. Cut from the back of the mount and mistakes usually will not show on the front face.
It is however easy to make the corners exactly match and it does a good job, if you take your time, of cutting the mount at 45 degrees which provides a pleasing finish.
Using the 90 degree cutter there are guide lines to show where the cut will happen, which makes cutting easier. Cutting at 45% there are no guidelines so you have to use the shape of the cutter to guage the cut line which is harder to do.
For my requirements (an occasional frame once or twice a month) it is adequate and I have produced good results however, if you were wanting to use it more frequently, I suspect this would not meet your requirements.

Just as expected
Good quality tools (especially the sissors) in a slightly smaller than credit card size carrier. Slightly thicker than I was expecting, but still fits wallet comfortably.
