Printer looks good, but didn't work correctly.

I've finally gotten around to setting up the printer. Everything looks good, installed the ink, powered on the printer. Tried connecting to Wi-Fi it didn't work. Tried connecting to USB to install the printer. It didn't work, and so I've tried running the installation on another computer thinking or could hardware or software related and no luck. It could be this particular model that has issues or it could be the software. Not completely sure but if that's the case I would avoid this model all-together.
