  Overcharged for delivery by 15 pounds and the macbook did not arrive in the condition stated. I messaged ahead of the purchase due to the listing images being blurry and was told the item was in excellent condition, however it arrived in a state! (Duct tape glue all over the charger and food crumbs and liquid stains all over the screen, keyboard and body). Luckily I was able to clean it to a good enough condition, otherwise I would have sent it back. Ideally I'd like some money back for this.
