Unable to use it
I’m familiar with the product and used it for many years . Since the purchase it as been stored in the correct au and the package as not been opened . The Fimo is far too hard and crumbles when I attempt to knead or mould it

Waste of money
I purchased this item , expecting it to do what it is advertised for!!! . When I had figured out how to actually get the battery cover off !, I put the "new " batteries in !. Pressed the button ..... nothing ! , put the batteries back in , tried every way possible ... still no joy . Not even a murmur came from the so called " knot out gadget ".
Unfortunately I checked the reviews AFTER wasting my money and it's now in the bin were it belongs . It is not fit for purpose and I've paid out good money for NOTHING
