The cost of packaging quoted wasn't adequate for the packaging needed to post a hat in the right packaging to ensure good condition on arrival. It had been forced into a flat padded envelope inside another flat padded envelope containing the dress. It should have been boxed. Consequently the hat arrived badly squashed. Dress as described in good condition. Neutral feedback and ratings reflect cheap postage and inadequate packaging. Seller not accepting of the feedback I provided re packaging.
