  Seller sent totally different item (football tin and cards pack) to what was listed/pictured. Item was also slightly damaged. No apologies or communication - accepted my return request (obliged to really as 'not as advertised/described') which I eventually cancelled as too late to get replacement elsewhere. I asked for partial refund as felt this was fair and got no reply. Would seriously and genuinely avoid this seller especially when looking for presents for Christmas or other occasions.
