Effective relief
2 of 3 found this helpful Works well to relieve symptoms of cold sores and inflammation from dental procedures. Tastes a bit like peroxide (which is one of the ingredients), not very pleasant but it's tolerable. It does the job, so it's worth it. You may want to rinse with a regular mouthwash afterwards.

Well Researched
Historically far more accurate that the Hollywood movie. This is a non-fiction book but it reads almost like a detective story. I live near the site where the story takes place, so the book was especially appealing to me. I'm very grateful that the authors made such an effort to get it right.

Oldie but Goodie
This was purchased as a replacement handset for an older one that finally failed. So it is not the most current technology, but it works fine.
