Appalling Lack of customer respect. Do not By Hyundai.

When opened on to use on 4th January it failed to start. I explained on the phone to them the problem. I was given advise but had already gone through the
Fault testing as a very experienced petrol power tool user.
This is the first Hyundai product I have bought. I bought it simply for the 3 year Warranty but truly wish I had spent all the money and bought from a more reputable manufacturer
Why do I think this. Well after spending 3 to 4 hours with an experienced petrol machine user it seemed it was flooding and refusing to start.
In the end I took it it to a local service centre who were good enough to test it while I waited and found the spark plug in a new machine was not sparking.
They replaced the spark plug and hey presto it does now work.
Hyundai have refused to reimburse the cost of repair bearing in mind this is a brand new machine.
They know tell me a spark plug only has a 30 day warranty even though it wasn’t used.
This is a total lack of customer respect and makes me feel like the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
Yes I now have a machine that works well I however dread anything failing on it.
Simply from my experience do not buy Hyundai.
