Pin sharp focus
1 of 1 found this helpful I used prime lenses when I was using film cameras in the nineties and noughties, but when I switched to digital I found the versatility of zoom lenses to be a great advantage.
I decided I wanted a lens specifically for portraits so I bought this lens to go back to my roots, but I'm loving the quality so much I'm using it more and more for everyday photos.
The lens is pin sharp and the narrow depth of field when the aperture is wide open makes the subjects really stand out.
If you're going to get a prime lens a 50mm is a must have lens ;)
