Bkool Smart Pro 2 Turbo Trainer Simulator

Bkool pro sack the software developers

Bought a new Bkool pro on ebay from a well known cycle retailer. It seems a good machine when working however despite following all the set up instructions the machine would only work on the bkool app not on Zwift or Trainer road despite the advertising saying otherwise. Contacted Bkool support no reply fortunately support at Trainerroad found out that I needed to load an old version of the bkool app to get it to work with there software (and Zwift). Three weeks later and Bkool have now updated all software (no choice but to update) and now the trainer works in nothing not even the Bkool app, resisiance fixed very high and the apps don't register any watts. So all in I've owned it for 4 weeks and been able to use it 2! Currently awaiting support from Bkool but no reply yet! Please stear clear of this not very smart trainer!!!
