It works, but the display is very small and the centre of the display is monopolised by the alphabetical character telling you which note you're playing (as if you didn't know) and regardless of whether you're sharp or flat the display turns from green to red. It would be much easier and more logical if it showed different colours for flat and sharp ie green for good, blue for flat, red for sharp. I find my old Korg tuner on the music stand is much easier to read.
