Good idea but flaky in use

Excellent idea and when it works, it's great. Accurate temperature and plenty of features. However have found the display of temperature on inside unit intermittent. I think the range is very limited and you need to be careful where you place the inside unit relative to the temperature transmitter. Update: Transmitter failed after a couple of months due to condensation under the LCD screen. Great idea but quality of product very poor.
