Great for my wrist RSI
I have been suffering with RSI in my wrist due too much mouse use - especially double clicking. Having my hand vertical definitely eases the pain. You can also rest your arm on the table which is more comfortable too. I have now bought 3 as I like them so much (for home and work!)
