Great picture .. buggy o/s and horrendous audio

The picture is great, high contrast and vibrant colours The android o/s generally is ok however the TV function crashes randomly with "smart TV has stopped responding" on many occasions. Also YouTube playing videos you have to maximize each time and looking at a list there is no way to scroll down. Even turning mouse off you cannot get past the first just of videos. So basically unusable on its own but ok if you use phone to cast instead. Audio. Terrible. Can hardly make out dialog it's so poor. Tried every setting but still not able to use it. Supplier advised they tell people to connect pc speakers to the TV. Not what I'd have planned as it's for a wall mount. If the o/s is fixed and I can find a way to scroll in YouTube I may consider spending more money to buy a soundbar I can mount under, however then maybe I just get a TV that you can listen to. This replaced a 22" avtex which whilst sound wasn't amazing, was definitely usable and had 3 years of listening without need to buy any soundbar. Overall disappointed - could have just bought a monitor.
