Not very good at gripping

Now i've had a chance to use this, it's forever clicking loose, you just can't get it tight enough, and when you think you have, it comes loose on the tiny-est of bumps. The strap should be more flexible, rather than been plastic, It's a good idea and it feels well made, but fails in use.
