Taking a chance on a Tenda

After having a real time of it with my ISP supplied router, the one that supposedly goes football pitch lengths and so on, I took the bull by the horns and went looking for a new router. Now this router had to have a modem build in. That is to say it had to accept the cable from the phone box too and then be able to split this up nah de nah de nah . Well I found this tenda. I was skeptical to say the least. A router that said it would do all that I wanted and it was less than £25 Ill have some of that he says to himself. Got the router modem in well super quick time and package was in one piece, so we were on a winner to start. With trepidation I took old router out and followed the instructions. Oh it looked good all was going great. Then we hit a brick wall i need a Vci number from the ISP and my proper log in. So I got on the phone did my usual hanging about for nearly and hour and got through to tech support. I had been on so many times the guy knew me ,, thats bad. Anyway got what I needed put the details in ,,, and it worked. I was in shock. The wifi was strong in all areas the download and upload speeds were better ,,,,ah but there must be a catch i hear you say ,, there wasnt ,, this wee piece of equipment even had a dedicated port for my Kodi box.....This is on well impressed well happy customer ... three cheers for Tenda :)
