Item was as photographed, buyer unhappy so despite this, I offered return and full refund. She wanted to keep item but be refunded the vast majority of the price for an item that was already sold cheaply. She said she was then too unwell to return so I offered to extend the return window to as long as she needed, but this too was not good enough. I asked for retraction of this feedback but was met with the same complaints that she wanted the item but with a refund.
