Easy and delicious cakes for all

I had this book in the eighties and have used so many of the recipes repeatedly that the book needed replacing. The recipes are all winners and quick and easy to follow. I like the various sections from no bake to children favourites and the larger cakes all of which are easy to produce. With a book like this in your kitchen you need to look no further there is something for every occasion.

Fantastic Espresso machine, Highly recommended.

I love this espresso machine I have used Gaggia machines for 25 years and this is the best yet, heavy duty and solid it is made to last the pace. It is smooth operating and gives lovely crema with such coffee as Illy or Costas and froths the milk well but remember to release the small amount of water first in the pipe. My only problem is forgetting to switch off the machine the green light in the front is not very bright. Easy to fill water tank and easy to clean the machine. Remember to descale this is important.
