Should have sent me a working one to replace
Got the vacuum first use did one room n unplugged went to next room wouldn’t work tried multiple plugs smelled like electrical issue
Let sit for an hr n it came back on called dyson they wanted me to drive to n Hollywood an hr away or send it in the mail to be fixed I didn’t even use it one full time He thought they should’ve sent me another one but they declined not a happy customer
