  Terrible communication from the seller. The phone hasn’t arrived despite informing the seller I’m on holiday 4 days after the delivery due date. Still no phone, now on holiday with no phone, seller refusing refund and calling me childish for requesting a refund. You couldn’t make up how bad this experience has been with this seller. I’m now waiting on eBay resolution centre to solve the issue. Lucky for eBay money back guarantee but you have to wait a week. So no money and no phone!

  Customer purchased the item, then after it was sent, made up some rubbish about not being in to receive it. Seems to be some sort of illiterate who does not understand the meaning of "Estimated" delivery time.They then spammed me with refund requests, at which point I told them I wasn't going to communicate with them further, as it's clear they have mashed potato for brains.Regardless of this, they got their refund, as the item was lost in transit. Buyer should plan ahead in the future...
