Brilliant and easy to read

This was such an reasy read. It exlained more of Stern's theory from a book that I've read before and which was quite difficult to understand. It made me understand better, how early babies make sense of things.

Super Easy Read

I couldn't put this book down and read it in one day (self care all the way). It had really good topics in it such as depression, anxiety, racism, relationships, trauma, generational trauma etc. It was funny, light and serious at the same time.
