One of the most upsetting experiences of my life.
I bought this phone because it was for A present for my son whose 20 and I am disgusted that he or the other members of the family can't use it. Is there any possible way to get hold of any instructions or get our money back. The reason is I have been in hospital for the last few weeks and just got out of hospital and I am trying to solve this matter.
