  Infrawave oven is in excellent condition, considering age. Negotiated price very fair and seller did give discount on shipping. Package damaged in shipping resulting in damage to exterior of unit, preventing door from shutting completely. We were able to repair it so that it closes. Seller offered refund, but I chose to keep unit, which is older model that I like but is no longer available. Seller is excellent at communicating with buyer, cooperative and willing to negotiate. I highly recommend.
