Predictable no sudden “urgencies”
I did everything in the past which failed. I’ve been to GI doctors and still no results. First time taking Dr. Schulze, took 2 before I went to bed and then 1 in the morning. That afternoon I had results. I don’t have to take it everyday, I’m guessing each person will be different. The most I’ve taken in a week were 4 pills.

Beach tent
Instructions could have been clearer but once we figured it out it went up with no problem. I may get another one just for coolers and other items you don't want in the sun
