4 FAST MILES, ANOTHER GREAT LESLIE SANSONE DVD
2 of 2 found this helpful I now own about 10 different Leslie Sansone walking dvd's I use them 5 days a week and do 2 or 3 miles per day so I need lots of variety!! This one is a little more challenging than some of her others. The routine is simple to follow but it seems to be faster than some of her others and I feel I get a lot out of this workout. My husband started doing Leslie's walking videos a few months ago with me in the mornings and he even commented that this one is more intense than some of her others. On the second dvd, I haven't done the lower body workout yet but did the jogging segment and definitely worked up a sweat. This is a good one to add to your collection or if you're looking to "bump up" your workouts!
