Cannot use outside of US
8 of 24 found this helpful This product cannot be used outside of the U.S. becoz of the different voltage! Not a normal converter can do coz it has electric board inside. U will need to change the electric circuit board, plug, the hose and even the power nozzle! No proof of purchase so no warranty or local distributor will fix for u unless u buy the parts from the US and fix urself but it is not that easy... wasted all the money and the machine is standing here!
