Lakeland Electric Yogurt Maker

I have used a yogurt maker for many years now but decided to buy this compact yogurt maker from Lakeland. I'm really glad I did as it takes up so little room compared to my other one. The plastic inner container just lifts straight out of the machine and straight into the fridge. The quality of the yogurt is lovely as you would expect. The machine then takes up very little room in my cupboard until I need to make more yogurt.

Over 50's exercise DVD

An excellent dvd to do at home away from all those expensive gym classes. It is very gentle and not too long. Ideal for older adults and those having had an injury or cancer treatment and are very stiff.
