Nice flavour & aroma to the coffee, but...

I love the taste of the coffee and the convenience of a bag. However, no matter how carefully you try to dangle the string over the edge of a mug, to leaves a small hole in the bag and the grounds come into the mug. I have no idea why they have attached the string to the body of the coffee bag. It seems unnecessary . I have given up with the string & just ignore it.
