An absolute must for every Elvis fan.....

A comprehensive history right from the very beginning to beyond August ,77. I have read and watched a great deal about this legend, and this still managed to show me clips, quotes and pictures that I had not come across before. Particularly good to watch in conjuction with reading Peter Guralnick's two part biography, as it will bring to life the people and events written about. This five disk set is fabulous value for money.

Nasty......

Mr Goldman seems to specialize in spiteful 'hatchet jobs' of celebrities that he has a personal dislike of, and sells them under the guise of being biographies. I wish I had done more research into his reputation and work prior to buying this book. If, like me,you are a fan of Elvis Presley, take my advice and don't touch this pile of hate fueled rubbish with a barge pole. There is only one biography of EP worth a light, and it's written by Peter Guralnick.

Brand New Philips BT4000B Portable Wired Speaker Black

Crystal clear sound, easy to use....

Not the prettiest looking of things, as it's a bit square and old fashioned looking, but it's extremely easy to set up and use, and the sound and bass quality are excellent. Highly recommend to fellow technophobes, who just want good sounding music without any hassle.
